Thank you so much for supporting LeBow! Every bow is handmade with love and carefully checked before it makes its way to you.

Because each piece is lovingly created by hand, all sales are final and we’re unable to accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This applies to ready-to-ship items, pre-orders, and custom orders.

If you happen to receive the wrong item, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to review it with you.

Please note that slight variations in color, pattern, or placement are a natural part of the handmade process and add to the charm of each bow.

For safety, our bows are not toys and should always be used with adult supervision. LeBow LLC cannot be responsible for misuse or improper handling.
